A 30-day workbook for people who cannot step away.

Most burnout advice starts with one instruction. Step away. If you can't, this is for you.

The team still needs you on Monday. Your parents still need the call, the appointments, the paperwork. Your kids still need the ride. So the recovery happens inside the life you already have.

Burnout is a load problem. The load went up one yes at a time, and your capacity never got a vote.

Days 1 to 10, Stabilize. Protect your sleep. Count your reactions.

Days 11 to 20, Reduce. Count the load. Set one thing down.

Days 21 to 30, Build. Add one thing back and hold it.

Nothing gets added in the first twenty days. The order is the method.

The sleep rules inside are the ones I use. My Apple Watch average was 5 hours 28 minutes. I moved it to 6 hours 49 minutes, and I am working toward seven and a half.
